Elsevier, represented by Alexander van Servellen, Senior Consultant of Elsevier’s Research Intelligence, in collaboration with the Center for International Affairs (CIA) and the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence, has organized a virtual introduction of SciVal, a worldly recognized research intelligence database, for Walailak University’s research managing team, interested researchers and administrative members during 9.00-11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 26 May 2022. The introduction was actively participated by deans, school research heads, researchers from centers of excellence, lecturers and nonacademic staff members.  For the very first annual membership, SciVal has just been adopted by Walailak University under the leadership of President Sombat Thamronthanyawong to facilitate all academics and researchers to monitor and benchmark Walailak University’s research progress to achieve one of its world-class goal of research excellence.
